These serve first of all to build up a specific common (technical) language, between the customer and ourselves, to refer to for further developments, a starting point for solving the customer’s particular problem.

 

But, thanks to the intrinsic characteristics of the web, above all this choice generates other requests for further information or clarifications.

 

World wide web makes possible to dramatically expand the dissemination and exchange of ideas. The traditional limits of time and space are overcome. What is now posted on this web page can be read tomorrow, in a year, in two years, by the navigator next door, as well as by the one on the other side of the world.

 

We write these lines, not for general hearsay, but for our specific experience.

 

The site has been online since 2010 and since the beginning we have adopted this approach to sharing and exchanging information. Right from the start this approach has generated contacts with customers, suppliers, students, researchers, university professors, simply curious, who were interested in learning more about some specific topic.

 

Sometimes we already knew the answer, in other cases an extra effort on our part was necessary to acquire the right knowledge to be able to answer the new questions.

 

In this way a virtuous circle is triggered: shared knowledge generates new, unexpected questions, perhaps on collateral topics. The answer to these new questions generates new knowledge that can be applied and lead to new solutions to the old as well as to the new problems.

 

By doing this, both the market and our expertise grow.
