Our activity is typically the repetead supply over the time of the same product or of the same range of products to the same customer. In general terms the film, if it is properly stocked, does not deteriorate with the time. Nevertheless we always suggest our customers to buy stocks lasting for 6-9 months, at maximum one year, never to buy huge quantities.
But our film is a consumable product and sooner or later it ends. When the stock is ended customers have to buy the film again. If we have supplied them with a good combination in terms of quality, price and service it is likely that they will make the new order to us again. For these reasons business relationship are generally long term ones, and it is quite usual that the purchase is repetead over the time.
This situation has a number of consequences:
- it obliges us to be competent, honest and fair. We do not make an unique sale to somebody you will not see anymore in your life and you can promise more than you can maintain. We must maintain what has been promised;
- our films are designed for professional users. Their quality is daily checked by skilled, expert operators, and it has to respect preset standards. If the quality is poor the customer will not buy again;
- our prices must be competitive and in line with the market;
- our margins are low. The company profitability is not based on high margins made on a single sale, but on the opposite on a continous work flow;
- the service has to be flexible. In case of need we must be able to cope with and solve unexpected requests or emergencies.
For these reasons reliability is one of the most important values of our company.
Our ambition is to be considered by our customers a reliable partner, someone to establish with a long term business relationship. Somebody to trust, technically prepared, able to give good advices and the best solution to customer’s needs, and in the same time economically cheap and able also to cope with emergencies if they occurr.
