A Light Structure
The basic consideration is that the modern world is characterized:
- by a very quick technological and economical development;
- that it is necessary to be technologically updated to be economically competitive;
- that it is impossible to be updated if many non core activities are run.
Mister Ford’s theory of “one best way” can function only if the company is very big. For a small company, the unique way to cope with today’s complexity is to outsource all the activities which are non strategic. For this reason we have decided to outsource all activities which are non-core business: transports, graphic development, wages calculations are some example.
The advantages we see:
- to have a light and slim structure;
- beeing light means also to be flexible, and this advantage can easily cope with unexpected requests of our customers;
- beeing light means to have few overhead costs;
- and in the same time it is possible to get all the advanced, updated services from our selected professional partners, technologically updated and economically cheap.
This policy is helped alot by our location in the North East of Italy, one of the most developed and dinamic zone of Italy, in which alot of services can be found.
