Since 1958 a Family Company

 

The company was established as a sole proprietorship in 1958 by dott. Angelo Giuseppe Peruzza.

 

It has been a Family Company ever since.

 

In the 80ies the second generation entered in the company. In 1993 the generational handover process finished and the executive responsability has wholly passed in the hands of the current manager, son of the founder.

Over the years, the corporate status has changed a couple of times, but the ownership is still in the hands of the original family. In particular:

• in september 1985 the legal form has changed from a sole proprietorship to a limited partnership, with the business name: “Ditta Peruzza di Angelo Peruzza & C s.a.s.”;
• in january 2010 the limited partnership was transformed into a limited liability company assuming the present business name: “A. Peruzza S.r.l.”.

For some mysterious bureaucratic cavil the 1985 change has not been filed as a transformation of the legal status, but was considered as the start up, the establishment of a new company. For this reason searching the company details in the Official Registers (asking the Company’s Certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce) 1985 is the starting year. As a matter of fact the activity lasts (with no interruption) since 1958.

 

For this reason the title of this web page is:  “Since 1958 a Family Company”.

 

Since 1958 the company creates and supplies Added Value to customers, suppliers, employees, the local community, the Country and to shareholders. In these years the company has never suffered bankrupcies, restructuring,  and any other procedure which can cause losses to suppliers, employees, customers, and all the other bearers of some interest in a sound life of the company.

 

We are very proud of these points:

• having created and distributed Added Value;
• having maintained our indipendence,
• having kept the interests of all the stakeholders for such a long period of time safe.
